“Hack the City” is a creative hackathon event where creatives, tech enthusiasts and other problem solvers will work together to create innovative solutions for societal problems in Jamaica.
Teams of 3 to 6 creatives and techies will create innovative ideas and pitch them to a panel of judges where they have a chance to win prizes!
In the second year, Creative Hack Ja, dubbed ‘Hack the City’ continues to be a fulfilling experience designed to help build skills in ideation and project planning and create a community who cares about Jamaica and is working towards improving it.
As a participant, you will have access to:
1. FREE Workshops on Ideation, Plan & Cost Formulation, and Pitch Rehearsal
2. Networking opportunities with like-minded persons
3. An opportunity to impact your community by finding solutions that fall under one of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
